Balancing machine with belt drive for small rotors

The special design of the driving system enables the machine to be operated with both, the belt placed on top of the rotor and the belt fixed in position under the rotor. The machine base plate simply rest on a working bench or be bolted down to a solid base element.
This allows optimisation of the measuring spin mode, saving time in the production cycle depending on the rotor type.
The machine base has an articulated stand supporting the photocell for the detection of the unbalanced angular position and the automatic synchronisation of signal filtering.
The photocell detects reference marks previously made on the rotor (chalk, felt-pen or adhesive tape).
